The room was awesome! Super comfy bed, air conditioning worked great. It had a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a nice minibar too. The private bathroom had everything I needed, like free toiletries. The spa facilities were a perfect way to relax after a long day out. Loved every moment here!

The buffet breakfast impressed me with its variety. The omelette station stood out. the chef prepared it just how I liked it with a selection of fresh ingredients. I enjoyed peaceful mornings in my spacious, spotless room. Housekeeping ensured everything was clean, and the staff were genuinely accommodating. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle service was incredibly convenient. I took it to Alabang Town Center for lunch, quick and hassle-free. However, the parking spaces felt cramped and disorganized, making it a bit tricky to navigate. Also, there were times when the breakfast offerings felt limited. Streamlining the food options could enhance the experience. Overall, I felt safe and well-cared for during my stay, and I would return, especially for those delightful breakfasts.

The hotel features spacious rooms, equipped with functional air conditioning that's easy to set to a comfortable temperature. The complimentary shuttle service enables easy access to nearby areas, including a huge mall and medical facilities, which makes getting around a breeze.

The lack of a designated smoking area created discomfort as guests ended up smoking in outdoor spaces, detracting from the overall atmosphere. Additionally, some bathroom fixtures appeared worn, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were not very user-friendly, which hindered the bathing experience.

I appreciated the easy access to a convenience store just across the street, and the proximity to shopping malls made it really convenient for our family needs. The staff were exceptionally polite and prompt, especially in their willingness to accommodate meal requests. On one occasion, I requested a special breakfast, and they delivered a delightful pancake meal on the spot.

However, the breakfast buffet could use improvement, as the food was cold and there weren't enough options available.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 3 nights, and honestly, the room was spotless and super comfy. The bed felt amazing—definitely soft and cozy after a long day. It had a contemporary vibe with all the essentials. Plus, the staff was always helpful and kept everything fresh, which made it a nice experience! Just a heads up, some bathroom fixtures looked a bit worn, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all!

I enjoyed a lovely stay with a delicious breakfast that hit the spot and a soothing massage that helped me unwind. There’s also a great jacuzzi option if you want to chill out after a long day. Just a little heads up, the airport shuttle can fill up fast, so plan ahead!

It was just an ideal choice for a short stayover in Muntinlupa City with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was really helpful, especially when I needed a quick coffee in the morning. they were quick to assist. Make sure to check the timing of the airport shuttle in advance to avoid surprises.

I felt so welcomed by the warm staff who treated me like family. The cleanliness of the Standard Double Room and the comfort of the bed made my stay blissful. The breakfast buffet had a delightful variety, especially the soft and creamy tiramisu!
